Banshee

Let's play a game. I say a word, you associate…

A sort of unorthodox etymology.

I’ll start - Woman / I’ll add - Grief / I’ll add - Wailing /I'll add - tears / I'll add - fear

You’ll come to her surely?

Banshee is solo piece of physical theatre exploring of our fear of falling and loss. The text moves between the ancient Irish myth of the Banshee and a recent loss. The soundscapes blend of Irish folk music and breath invites you into this contemplation of loss and fear.
